1. Admission and Cohorts

Students are admitted to live class cohorts based on seat availability. We limit cohort sizes to 30 students to maintain class interactivity. Zuerivoxs reserves the right to decline registrations if a cohort is fully occupied.

2. Fee Structure and Payments

Course tuition is billed on a month-to-month basis (PKR 1,000 per month for 3 months, totaling PKR 3,000). Payments must be made via designated EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or bank accounts. Payment proof (snapshots/receipts) must be shared on WhatsApp to validate registration.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

We offer a transparent 1-week refund policy. If you are not satisfied with the quality of instruction during the first week of class, you can request a complete refund of your first month fee (PKR 1,000) on WhatsApp. After the first week of classes, fees are non-refundable.

4. Learning Material Copyright

All class slide decks, databases, Excel spreadsheets, SQL query files, and recorded video links are copyright of Zuerivoxs. These files are provided for personal educational use only. Sharing, hosting, or selling our lesson resources is strictly prohibited.

5. Conduct and Class Policy

We expect students to maintain professional decorum in the Google Meet/Zoom classrooms and student WhatsApp groups. Harassment, advertising, or abusive comments will result in instant cohort removal without refund.
